English Language Education KLA focuses on:

1. to optimize language teaching through building a learning organization;
2. to reinforce language learning through developing skills of learning how to learn as well as positive values and attitudes conducive to independent and lifelong learning; and
3. to provide a language-rich environment to encourage students to learn and use English, and to support their learning of other subjects in English.
